Without planning permission external alterations to the building involving the removal of 3 timber sash & case windows to the principal elevation of the building and their replacement with non - matching UPVC windows
Requirements
Remove the three unauthorised uPVC framed windows at first-floor level to the front elevation and replace with three timber sash and case windows in a six over six glazing arrangement that replicate the design, proportions, appearance, materials, colour and opening method of the timber sash and case windows previously installed.
