Requirements
Reinstate the front and rear elevation of the listed building at 14 Kirk St by: i)Remove the three unauthorised uPVC framed windows at first-floor level to the front elevation and replace with three timber sash and case windows in a six over six glazing arrangement that replicate the design, proportions, appearance, materials, colour and opening method of the timber sash and case windows previously instaHed. Remove the 3 unauthorised UPVC windows at first-floor level to the rear elevation and replace with 3 timber sash and case windows in a 6 over 6 glazing arrangement that replicate the design, proportions, appearance, materials, colour and opening method of the timber sash and case windows previsouly installed. Time for compliance: within 9 months of the date on which this Notice takes effect.
